Following negotiations with the Manawatu Model Railway Club, the Society brought A 371 to Feilding. This carriage is a class two carriage and is historically important. It was built in 1906. The carriage was under threat from vandals and was brought to Feilding for safe storage and restoration at some time in the future. We belive it is a valuable artifact, which should be saved for the future and we have taken this action to ensure its survival. 11th September 2004
